The real life depends on how our brain sees it. Below there are some examples.
Thus, changing our mind, we can change the life (for ourselves).
Which direction is the girl rotating to?
If it seems for you, that the girl is rotating clockwise, your left hemisphere of the brain (responsible for logics) is dominating at the moment.
If it seems, that the girl is rotating anticlockwise, your right hemisphere (responsible for emotions, intuition) is dominating.
Are you able to make the girl rotate to the opposite direction?
Is it possible?
Are the circles still or rotating?
Focus on the dot in the center and move your head backwards and forwards.
Left-right conflict: your left hemisphere tries to read the word, but your right hemisphere insist on saying the color.
Are the purple lines straight or bent?
Which circle in the middle is bigger?
Do you see a face of a man and also a word?
Try to bend your head to the right; the world begins with 'L'
Is it possible?
Are the hotizontal lines straight or with a slope?
How many legs does this elephant have?
Do you see gray areas in between the squares? Where do they come from?
Can you count the black dots?
Keep looking at the black dot. After a while the gray area around it will appear to shrink.
At the end do the following:
- Relax and concentrate on the four small dots in the middle of the picture for about 40 s.
- Then, take a look at a wall close to you (any smooth, single colored surface).
- You should see a circle of light appearing.
- Blink your eyes a couple of times until you see a figure emerging... What (or who) do you see?
